Well, Ride to Work Day didn't work out so well for me & the '89. This was as far as we made it yesterday. It seems the charging system is shot. I had really hoped that my work on the wiring harness had eliminated this issue. Well, that only leaves the voltage regulator or the rotor/stator. Keeping my fingers crossed that it's the first one... On the up side, my friend Paul gave the bike a name: the Swamp Donkey! Funny stuff; I love it!
