It hurts to say, but this is how we went the last leg of our trip home from the Smoke Out in Az. We wrenched almost as much as we rode throughout the entire trip & always managed to keep the bikes rolling under thier own power. However, as we were leaving Bakersfield this early morning, the BMW busted for good. The cast aluminium ear from which the clutch actuator arm pivots, snapped right off the back of the transmition. No repairing that on on the road. It was a shitty ride home.
